Projects

Turnkey Projects

A Turnkey contract is typically a construction contract under which we as the contractor are employed to plan, design and build a project or an infrastructure and do any other necessary development to make it functional or ‘ready to use’ at an agreed price and by a fixed date.  It may well be that we are given the primary design by our client.

Services

Building Services

The Building Services we can provide you typically are carpenters, builders working with stone and brick, plumbers and electricians.  We can provide these services under our site mangement or under your own managers.

We can arrange and supply all of the materials too, if that suits you.  We source all of our stone from Mallinson Yorkshire…

Groundworks

Groundworks

Groundworks is the work carried out to prepare the ground and below ground to enable the start of a construction project.  In short, Groundworks is the first set of activities involved on a construction site that lead to the foundations being laid.

excavations

Excavation is the act or process of digging, especially when something specific is being removed from the ground.

Drainage

Drainage is the natural or artificial removal of a surface’s water and sub-surface water from an area with excess water.

Retaining Walls

Retaining walls are relatively rigid walls used for supporting soil laterally so that it can be retained at different levels on the two sides. Retaining walls are structures designed to restrain soil to a slope that it would not naturally keep to (typically a steep, near-vertical or vertical slope). They are used to bound soils between two different elevations often in areas of terrain possessing undesirable slopes or in areas where the landscape needs to be shaped severely and engineered for more specific purposes like hillside farming or roadway overpasses.

Demolition

Demolition

Demolition (also known as razing, cartage, and wrecking) is the science and engineering in safely and efficiently tearing down of buildings and other artificial structures. Demolition contrasts with deconstruction, which involves taking a building apart while carefully preserving valuable elements for reuse purposes.
